The Importance of Skin Cancer Screening: Alexa Bliss's Story

 Alexa Bliss, a 31-year-old wrestler, recently underwent a medical procedure to remove skin cancer from the side of her face. 

Expressing regret at having used tanning beds when she was younger, the WWE star reassured fans that she has since been given the "all clear."

 She shared a photo of her bandaged face on her Instagram Story, urging her younger self and fans to avoid tanning beds and to get their skin checked regularly. 

Alexa thanked the American Skin Institute for providing excellent care during her procedure, which had a short healing time. 

She also revealed that a spot on her face had gotten worse and that she had undergone a biopsy that showed basal cell carcinoma and other squamous cells.

 Despite her recent health scare, Alexa has continued to pursue her passions and recently appeared on 'The Masked Singer,' revealing that she had to overcome crippling stage fright to make it onto the stage.
