Taylor Swift's former townhouse, located on the iconic Cornelia Street in Manhattan, has recently been put on the market.

The property is renowned for inspiring one of Taylor's most popular songs, "Cornelia Street", featured on her 2019 album "Lover". The luxurious three-story home boasts four bedrooms, three gas fireplaces, an indoor pool, and a rooftop terrace that provides a breathtaking view of Manhattan.

The real estate broker responsible for listing the property, Laurence Carty, has disclosed that the home is available for rent at $49,500 per month, based on a 12-month lease. Additionally, the owner has expressed a willingness to consider a sale, although the price has yet to be determined.

Laurence previously rented the townhouse to Taylor Swift in 2016 and 2017 before selling it to the current owner.

The townhouse's central location in the West Village makes it an attractive prospect for anyone seeking a lavish living space in one of Manhattan's most desirable neighborhoods. Two guest suites come with private terraces, en-suite bathrooms, and walk-in closets.

The master bedroom features a private patio with a gas fireplace, a walk-in closet, a marble bath, and a glass shower with a skylight.

Fans of Taylor Swift eagerly anticipate her upcoming "Eras" tour, and many are curious to see if one of them will invest in the property. The lyrics of "Cornelia Street" are believed to allude to her ex-boyfriend Joe Alwyn, with Swifties enamored with the lines "And I hope I never lose you, hope it never ends // I'd never walk Cornelia Street again // That's the kind of heartbreak time could never mend."
